Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

To secure your place at a Soccer Retreat, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of at least 33% of the total registration fee per family is required. The deposit applies only to the specific Soccer Retreat being booked and cannot be transferred to another retreat, regardless of date or location.

The remaining balance is due 100 days before the retreat. For bookings made within 100 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of registration.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated in these Terms or the Soccer Retreat is canceled by Soccer Retreats.

When making a payment by credit card, a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to the invoice amount.

Participant Cancellations

If you cancel your booking for any reason, all payments are non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to illness, injury, changes in travel plans, flight cancellations, personal circumstances, weather at your point of departure, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage to protect against unexpected circumstances.

Cancellation by Soccer Retreats

In the rare event that Soccer Retreats must cancel a retreat, participants will receive either a full refund of amounts paid to Soccer Retreats or a credit toward a future Soccer Retreat, at the option of Soccer Retreats, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a Soccer Retreat is canceled due to under-enrollment, Soccer Retreats will provide a full refund of amounts paid directly to Soccer Retreats.

Soccer Retreats’ financial responsibility is limited to the amount actually paid to Soccer Retreats by the participant. Soccer Retreats will not be responsible for airfare, travel insurance, hotel costs outside the Soccer Retreat package, transportation, visa fees, or any other expenses incurred by the participant in connection with the retreat.

Weather, Safety & Unforeseen Circumstances

Soccer Retreats reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel activities, training sessions, excursions or other portions of the retreat when weather, safety concerns, operational issues, illness, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control make an activity impractical or unsafe.

No refund will be provided for individual activities, training sessions, excursions or other services that are modified, missed or canceled due to weather, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Soccer Retreats.

Delays & Schedule Changes

Soccer Retreats reserves the right to modify retreat itineraries, schedules, activities, accommodations and/or coaching staff when reasonably necessary. Inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, illness, transportation delays and other unforeseen circumstances may result in changes to the scheduled program.

Soccer Retreats will make reasonable efforts to maintain the planned experience but cannot assume financial responsibility for additional costs incurred by participants as a result of delays, schedule changes or circumstances beyond our control.
